Pay by Mail

Prefer to send your payment via regular mail?

Send the payment coupon at the bottom of your billing statement along with a cheque or money order to:

Cheques and money orders should be made payable to GM Financial and include your account number or VIN (vehicle identification number).

Set Up Auto Payments

To enroll in the Pre-Authorized Debit Plan, follow these steps:

  1. Print the Pre-Authorized Debit Plan form.

  2. Complete the form’s requested information.

    • If mailing, please write "void" on both sides of a cheque and staple to the form.
    • If faxing or emailing, please send the form and the front of the cheque.
  3. Sign the form and mail, fax, or email the documents to:

Things to Know

    If you need help at any time while completing the form, please call a customer service representative at

    Once your Pre-Authorized Debit Plan application is received and approved, we will process it and set up the payment to be automatically deducted from your account on your scheduled due date.

    Please Note: This process takes a minimum of 10 days to complete. Please be aware that you may have a payment due before the first automatic transfer takes place. If this is the case, please make that payment manually to prevent any possible late fees.

Pay by Cash: Western Union (Fees)

Western Union® Quick Collect® payments must be submitted before 5 p.m. CT in order to be applied to your account on the same business day.

Please Note: Western Union® will charge a fee for this service.

How to Prepare

  1. Know your payment information:

    Your GM Financial Account Number

    Your Total Amount Due

    “FLINX ON”



  2. Have your cash available. Remember that you will be asked to pay both your payment and the Western Union® Quick Collect® fee.

  3. See additional requirements if your payment is more than $999.99.

Make the Payment

  1. Visit your nearest Western Union® location.
  2. Fill out the Quick Collect® form.
  3. Give your cash payment and Quick Collect® fee to the Western Union® representative.
  4. Call GM Financial at 1-800-365-3635 with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) provided to you by Western Union®.

Western Union® QuickCollect® Fees

Canadian Accounts

There is a fee of $15.00 CAD per transaction.

Additional Information

For transactions ranging in amount from $1,000.00 to $2,999.99, you'll also need one of the following items:

  1. Driver's License
  2. State/Government-issued ID Card
  3. Passport
  4. Alien Registration Card

For transactions of $3,000.00 or more, you'll also need to provide ALL of the following items:

  1. Social Insurance Number
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Occupation Information

There is a limit of $5,000.00 per Quick Collect® transaction. You will be required to complete a second Quick Collect® transaction if your payment amount is greater than $5,000.00.
