Pre-Authorized Payments
Enrolling in auto pay makes paying your bill on time, every time possible. To enroll, you’ll need to:
- Download the appropriate form. - Lease Customers: - Download the Pre-Authorized Debit Authorization Form - Finance Customers: 
- Complete the form. 
- If submitting by mail, write “void” on both sides of the cheque and staple it to the form. - If submitting by fax or email, include a copy of the front of the cheque. 
- Sign the form and send all documents to GM Financial.

Things to Know
- Please note: This process takes at least 10 days to complete. You may have a payment due before the first automatic payment takes place. If this happens, you’ll need to make that payment manually to prevent any fees.
