GM Financial offers a variety of payment options to suit your needs. Please note that some options include a variety of fees depending on method and speed of payment, while other options are free-of-charge.

Once your Pre-Authorized Debit Plan application is recieved and approved, we will process it and set up the payment to be automatically deducted from your account on your scheduled due date.
This process takes a minimum of 10 days to complete. Please be aware that you may have a payment due before the first automatic transfer take place. If this is the case, please make that payment manually to prevent any possibile late fees.

If you prefer to send payments via regular mail, follow the steps below.
Print this payment coupon or find the coupon at the bottom of your monthly billing statement.
You can pay your GM Financial bill through MoneyGram at all Canada Post locations by cash or debit card. MoneyGram® charges a fee for this service. You can use MoneyGram’s Find Us feature to find a MoneyGram agent agent near you on Canada Post’s website at www.canadapost.ca/moneygram or call MoneyGram directly 1-800-666-3947.
To make a payment you will need to complete the Blue Bill Payment Form with the folowing information:
Once you have completed the form at the counter, please make sure your payment plus the fee by cash or debit card. Proof of payment will be provided.
*Payment notification is made available to your biller in real time or within 10 minutes (except Nexy Day Billers). Actual payment and loading times is based on contract terms. Western Union® Quick Collect® payments must be submitted before 5 p.m. CT in order to be applied to your account on the same business day.

Make the Payment
Visit your nearest Western Union® location.
Fill out the Quick Collect® form.
Give your cash payment and Quick Collect® fee to the Western Union® representative.
Call GM Financial at 1-800-365-3635 with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) provided to you by Western Union®.
